United Methodist Women

 

 

 

PURPOSE: The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participating in the global ministries of the church.

Membership is open to any woman, member or friend of First UnitedMethodist Church, who is interested in Christian fellowship and the support of missions local and worldwide

The officers of UMW met in October. The next gathering will be the Christmas fellowship and celebration in December. The date and location for that event will be announced when the dates for the Live Nativity are finalized.
