The Little School is a preschool for two, three, & four-year old children. The school offers a ½ -day program lasting from 8:45 until 12:00 noon. School sessions begin in August and end in May.
o Small student-teacher ratio
o Early morning drop off available from 7:45 to 8:45 AM

Lunch Bunch (after school program lasting from 12:00 until 2:00 PM)
available September through April for
o Intergenerational Program- Students interact with the elderly through child oriented activities
Registration for the 2008-09 school is complete. Classes will begin on August 18, 2008. Parent orientation is scheduled for August 11, 2008. The school office will be closed for the summer and will reopen in August.
FEES
2- day program (Tuesday and Thursday) ...$75.00 per month
3-day program (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) $95.00 per month
5-day program .. $170.00 per month
Annual Supply Fee (Due by first week of classes).....$25.00

The children at Little School have enjoyed many activities in the month of April. The 4 year olds planted a beautiful flower bed during gardening week and enjoyed watching the butterfly leave its cocoon. During crazy mixed up days, the children dressed for the occasion and enjoyed numerous crazy mixed up activities in the classrooms. To conclude lunch bunch for this school year, the children enjoyed a pizza lunch bunch party on April 25 and 26. Little School will end its school year in May with the end of the year ceremonies. The last day for the children will be on May 13. The 3 year old classes will host their end of the year promotion on May 14 in the FUMC. The 4 year old classes will have their graduation on May 15 at Christ the Redeemer. The school office will close for the summer months on May 16. Many thanks to the Methodist Men for replacing the pea gravel and timbers on the playground. Also, thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Maurer for replacing childrens swings. Little School has had a wonderful school year and we extend a warm thanks to Rev. Joe Hamilton for his service to the school and the church community. He and his family have become very dear to the Little School family and will be missed greatly. The Little School faculty wishes him and his family continued success and may God Bless them always. We wish everyone a very safe and happy summer. The school office will reopen in August.
